- You must be over 18 to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding the public EWC code list and publicly available permit data) are and will remain the exclusive property of WasteLocate.
5. Use Restrictions

- All fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

Specifically, we do not warrant that the EWC codes generated or facility permits listed are error-free or suitable for every specific legal scenario. **YOU USE THIS INFORMATION AT YOUR OWN RISK.** We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
